LA VERDADERA HISTORIA

La verdadera historia no es la que registran los hombres, sino la que registra el Cielo. No obstante, el significado celestial de la historia depende de lo acontecido en la tierra. Por eso está escrito de la apoteosis del Cordero lo siguiente: “Digno eres de tomar el Libro y de abrir sus 7 Sellos, porque Tú fuiste inmolado, y con Tu sangre los redimiste para Dios, de todo linaje y lengua y pueblo y nación; y los hiciste para nuestro Dios Reino y sacerdotes, y reinarán sobre la tierra” (Ap.5:9b-10).
Porque fue inmolado en la tierra, entonces es digno en los Cielos de tomar el Libro y abrir sus Sellos. Con la sangre derramada en la tierra, el Cordero hizo para Dios en el Cielo, con gente de toda la tierra, Reino y sacerdotes. Sin esa sangre no hubieran sido hechos tales, sino que se hubieran hundido y desecho en sus pecados. Pero el Cordero, por Su sangre, los hizo Reino y sacerdotes para Dios el Padre; para que vivan en la tierra como se vive en el Cielo, y expresen el Cielo en la tierra.
La historia del Reino de los Cielos, que se escribe en ellos, se gesta, no obstante, en la tierra. Podríamos decir, en otro sentido, que aunque su registro auténtico está en los Cielos, no obstante, se escribe en la tierra. ¡Cuán importante es este pequeño paso por la tierra! Aquí se juega la eternidad.
